Methodology

How the regional center directory is built

The directory keeps government-published identifiers separate from EB5.FYI's independent website research.

Official-source fields

Legal name, Regional Center ID, and listed state are taken from the USCIS Immigrant Investor Regional Centers source retrieved May 10, 2026. Multiple state rows with the same ID are combined. One source ID appears under two legal-name variants; the directory preserves that alternate name instead of silently discarding it.

Website enrichment

USCIS did not supply the website links in the local source file. EB5.FYI publishes only independently matched HTTPS links from its reviewed registry. A match may point to an entity-specific site, a clearly associated parent or operator site, or a government site. The date shown is the last recorded review date, not a promise that the site remains controlled by the same entity.

Inclusion and ordering

Directory inclusion follows the USCIS source—not payment, popularity, performance, or a request from an organization. Results are ordered alphabetically and may only be narrowed by name, USCIS ID, state, or whether a website match is on file. There are no rankings, ratings, sponsored results, or featured entries.

Limits and verification

The directory is a dated research aid, not a real-time status registry. USCIS may terminate, redesignate, rename, or otherwise update a regional center after the source retrieval date. Users should check the current USCIS page and independently confirm any website before relying on it.
